Your payment will be drafted on the 1st of the month. Your T-shirt Subscription or your You + Dog Box will ship on or before the 24th of that same month. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail once your items have shipped so that you can track them along the way.

There is no long term commitment for either of the subscriptions. We certainly hope you love your subscription but understand if you need to cancel for any reason (don't forget that you can also skip a month or two if needed rather than cancelling). If you need to cancel, simply log into your account on the website and click on "My Subscription" to manage your subscription. If you have any trouble, please email us: sarah@4blackpaws.com. Cancellation requests must be received 5 days before your subscription billing date (the 1st of each month) or you will be charged for the following month.

No, all sales are final on the subscriptiton boxes and we cannot take any returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of the subscription. You can update your t-shirt size any time before the 1st of the month (the billing date), email sarah@4blackpaws.com to change your size.

All t-shirts are unisex sized for the perfect fit! All of our t-shirts are Bella + Canvas brand and you can find the size chart listed below. T-shirts are offered in a wide variety of sizes from X-Small to 4XL.
